Our staff will watch closely to absorb your child’s learning style and create a wide variety of developmentally appropriate teaching practices that they will enjoy while learning. 

We want all children to be provided with a flexible, calm, and nurturing environment where your child is best suitable to learn while playing and at their own pace. 

We strive to provide encouragement when developing independence and growth during educational play all while building self-confidence. 

As children learn and grow, it is important to focus on setting and teaching expectations for all students in a learning environment. We aim to do this by creating good habits while learning the remain age-appropriate, introducing new topics slowly.

We will make every effort to meet the educational, emotional, and physical needs of each of our students.

We aim to provide an atmosphere of respect and boundaries for the student's self and each other.

We will provide opportunities for cooperative play helping to learn conflict resolution.

We will continuously evaluate and provide solutions so that we can create and maintain a safe, happy, effective, and exciting environment that is inviting, comfortable, and manageable for the staff and children. 

To not just support a caring staff who shows genuine respect, love, and encouragement for all the children, but also the children we serve and their families.

We will offer individual guidance and growth to the children based upon careful observation of each child’s needs and in keeping it within the limitations and direction of the child’s parent’s/guardian’s wishes.
